I have lost my password or the computer requests my password

You can request your username and password by entering your e-mail address in the space provided, marked 'forgotten your password' and you will receive them by e-mail.

I requested a password but I have not received anything

If you haven’t received it, possibly there is an error in the e-mail address. If your e-mail address has changed inform APM of the change!
Another reason is that the e-mail containing your password has ended up in a junk mail or spam file.

When I want to read a story, the computer requests my password

That’s because you do not have a cookie on your computer!
You can request your password again if you have forgotten it, click on “Forgotten your password?” and fill in your e-mail address in the space provided and your password will be sent to you.

I’d like to change the reception frequency of my e-mails

Go to APM Health Europe, login and then click on “preferences” and “manage your mails” to access relevant options and modify as required. Alternatively, click on Manage your mails.

I’d like to stop receiving the texts

Go to APM Health Europe, login and then click on “preferences” and “manage your mails”. Uncheck “enabled.” on all actions you want to stop. Alternatively, click on Manage your mails and uncheck “enabled.” for all action you want to stop.

I have been sent my password but did not request it

Have you forwarded mails from APM to one of your contacts? If so, the recipient may have requested a password. If you have not forwarded any e-mail contact APM at or use the support form.
